Our commitment

Ananas GDS UG (haftungsbeschränkt) designs its websites ananas-gds.com and ananas-pms.com, the platform app.ananas-gds.com, its e-mails and its PDF documents to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, level AA, the benchmark referenced by the harmonised standard EN 301 549.

Legal status

Our services are offered exclusively to businesses (B2B) and are not sold to consumers. The German Accessibility Strengthening Act (Barrierefreiheitsstärkungsgesetz, BFSG) therefore does not apply to them. We publish this statement voluntarily.

What we do

• Colour contrast of at least 4.5:1 for text and 3:1 for interface elements, measured, not estimated.
• Full keyboard operation with a visible focus indicator.
• Semantic structure: one main heading per page, labelled form fields, landmarks.
• Text alternatives for meaningful images.
• Respect for the "reduce motion" setting of your operating system.
• Status information (for example availability or stop sales) is never conveyed by colour alone.

Known limitations

Some older areas of the platform and some third-party components (for example payment pages of our payment providers) may not yet fully meet WCAG 2.1 AA. We fix reported issues as a priority.
